Grape varieties: Cannonau 100%
Production area: Sardinia, Italy
Soil composition: soil which tends to e loose and medium textured with a good limestone base. Drainage is excellent through the year
Climate: always windy. Warm temperate in the summer with a firm in temperature between day and night. Never particularly harsh winter, and tempered by marine currents
Vinification: the best grapes Cannonau from its own vineyards, cultivated bred to have a low yield per ectare, are trasported to the winery in small baskets
Ageing: for this type of wine is made exclusivevely in steel for several months on naive yeasts, which allows for a wine with strong fruity flavor and unique taste
Colour: deep ruby red
Bouquet: red berries and sot balsamic notes. Slightly spicy
Taste: full-bodied, moderately warm and soft. Silky tannins and sweet
Food and wine pairing: red and white meat, semi-mature cheeses and grilled fish. Serving temperature 16-18° C
