A special vintage has made this wine unique and inimitable, intense aromas of Mediterranean scrub expressed extraordinary sensations in this bottle.

Grape varieties: Bovale (Muristellu)
Production area: Sardinia, Italy
Soil composition: soil which tends to e loose and medium textured with a good limestone base. Drainage is excellent through the year
Climate: always windy. Warm temperate in the summer with a firm in temperature between day and night. Never particularly harsh winter, and tempered by marine currents
Vinification: destemming-crushing followed by soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Frequent and short pumping over
Ageing: in steel tanks for 7 months
Colour: deep red
Bouquet: dried violet, with hints of Mediterranean scrub, red and black currants, evident notes
of blackberry
Taste: wide, warm and soft, full-bodied, well-structured
Food and wine pairing: long-aged cheeses, pecorino, parmesan cheese, asiago, ham, speck, roasted red meat, grilled and baked. Serving temperature 18°C
