Vigorous full-bodied wine, with intense aromas that offer a simple but unique olfattory baggage. Ample and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence.

Grape varieties: Cannonau, Bovale (Muristellu)
Production area: Sardinia, Italy
Soil composition: soil which tends to e loose and medium textured with a good limestone base. Drainage is excellent through the year
Climate: always windy. Warm temperate in the summer with a firm in temperature between day and night. Never particularly harsh winter, and tempered by marine currents
Vinification: destemming-crushing followed by soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Frequent and short pumping over
Ageing: in stainless steel tanks 8-9 months
Colour: deep red
Bouquet: intense fruity notes of blackberries, black cherry and myrtle. Fragrant and enveloping, it offers delicate nuances of spices, eucalyptus and whitered flowers
Taste: ample and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence
Food and wine pairing: medium and long-aged cheeses, ham, speck, roasted read meat, suckling pig, wild boar, grilled fillet, hare, lamb, baked duck, roasted mallard. Serving temperature 18°C
